Uploads are resized and hosted for you when you unlock. Gmail and Outlook block embedded (base64) images, so your signature needs a hosted link.

Tip: paste into your email app, not into a plain-text box.
- Click Copy signature above.
- In new Outlook for Windows or Mac, open Settings → Account → Signatures.
- Click + New signature, name it, then paste with Ctrl/⌘+V.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies/forwards, then Save.
- Click Copy signature.
- Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Click New, name it, and paste into the editor box.
- Set the defaults on the right, then click OK.
If the paste looks off, click Download .htm, save it to %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures, restart Outlook and pick it from the list. Outlook shows round photos as squares, which is normal.
- Click Copy signature.
- At outlook.office.com or outlook.com, open Settings (⚙) → Account → Signatures.
- Create a new signature and paste it in.
- Pick your defaults for new messages and replies, then Save.
- Click Copy signature.
- In Gmail, click ⚙ → See all settings → General.
- Under Signature, click Create new, name it and paste it into the box.
- Set Signature defaults, scroll down and click Save Changes.
Gmail keeps images only if they're hosted links. Yours are hosted when you unlock, so they'll show.
- Click Copy signature (best in Safari or Chrome).
- In Mail, open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Select your account, click +, and paste into the right-hand pane.
- Untick "Always match my default message font" so your design is kept.
If images show as "?", quit and reopen Mail.
- Open this page on your iPhone, unlock and tap Copy signature.
- Go to Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature.
- Clear the box and paste.
- If the formatting goes plain, shake to undo, then paste again. iOS sometimes needs a second try.
