The short version: we collect only what we need to give you your signature, and we never sell it.
When you unlock a signature, we store your name, email, optional company and job title, the layout you chose, whether you opted in to marketing emails, and whether you asked about the Roomark kit. We also store a one-way hashed network identifier for spam and rate limiting, plus basic info such as your country and browser type.
Phone numbers, links and the other signature details stay in your browser. If you upload a logo or headshot, we host it so it shows up in your recipients' email.
If you tick the box, or join the kit waitlist, we may email you tips and product news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent your information.
To delete your data or hosted images, email hello@roomark.net and we'll take care of it.
